Refunds and Returns

Refunds and change of mind for illustration services:

I can offer a refund service if the completion date is deemed unsatisfactory and no service was undergoing.  I normally take between 1 to 4 weeks to complete any bespoke illustration but if i feel your deadline is not going to be met i will contact you to discuss this.  An unsatisfactory overdue project is anything past 4 weeks and i will contact you to arrange a full refund if desired. 

If you had a change of mind prior to your bespoke project being commenced i can offer a refund minus the transaction fees.  This change of mind period is strictly 1 working day after i receive the order. If i have started to work on your project then the deposit or full payment will not be refunded. 

Refunds and exchanges for clothing & gifts:

I only issue refunds or exchange items if they are damaged or defective.  Due to the majority of our products made to order I do not offer a change of mind exchange or refund service at this time. 

Damaged or defective clothing & gifts:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged or defective item. If it arrives to you damaged or is defective, then please get in touch with me within a week's time!  Do not return anything before contacting me by sending an email to orders@nutandboltdesign.com. I would require photographic evidence if possible to work out what necessary steps we need to carry out to rectify this issue.

Policy Timeframe for clothing & gifts:

The refund or exchange policy lasts 28 days.  If this 28 day period passes since your clothing or gift purchase then I cannot offer you any refunds or exchanges.
