Shipping

For bespoke illustrations the average completion time is 2 to 3 weeks but can be sooner. 

For printed products, shipping varies per product and your location so please refer to the estimated shipping time shown at checkout.  You will receive notifications for shipping and delivery if email address and/or mobile phone number is provided at checkout. 

If you are ordering a bespoke product then you will be sent delivery tracking confirmation regarding prints etc via myself.

Products will come from our preferred print factories in USA, Australia or Europe depending on which location is closer to the destination. 

As the products are made to order please allow approx. 3 working days for production prior to shipping.

As a rule of thumb shipping to anywhere in Europe or USA is normally 7 to 14 working days and shipping to anywhere Internationally (outside Europe and USA) is normally 7 to 21 working days.  

As with all retailers please allow additional time for shipping around peak periods such as Christmas time and be advised to order early to avoid missing out on peak time shipping cut off times.
